My New Idea

My reasearch of how excel connects to flash was unsuccessful as i could not find anything about it. From this i completely wanted to take a different direction. Known their is very little time left i wanted to use PHP as i have some background experience about it.

I have decieded to create one big science game about the peridodic table. Basically the game is going to have different levels. The game is going to be a mix match game. The different age groups are gonna have different games. 

The first screen the users will be asked to select their age group, which will be between 4-9 9-13 and 13-16 yr olds. Once they have selected their age group they will be playing the game thats suitable for their age.


4-9 age group users will have to mix match the correct cards. In this case the users cards will be like theis for example : IRON will be wrote on one card and the other card will have a picture of an iron bar and the user has to match the two cards together.

9-13 age group users will also have to mix match the correct cards. In this case their game is going to be a bit harder. Because the cards they have to match will be like this for example: IRON will be wrote on one card and the other card will have the elements on it e.g. Fe which is the element for Iron.

13-16 age group users will have to mix match the cards about the Element to the correct Element number. For example Fe would match to 55.845 because that is the iron element number. This game is much harder but it is really useful way to learn the periodic tabel.

I will design each card for each game using Photoshop. The game itself will still be created using Flash

Im gong to use the PHP and MySql for the database to show the users their score and to let them select their age group so they can play their appropiate game.
